2020 Convention Cancelled

The convention for 2020 has been officially cancelled. The final decision by made with the support of the Officers and Board members. We did not want to jeopardize anyone's health.

The future is too unknown and it has been difficult to do any planning which includes making reservations etc.
There is no concrete evidence that the virus will be eradicated by then or that additional flare-ups won’t be happening at that time.
The average age of our members fall in the group of people who are most at risk for the Coronavirus.
It doesn’t seem that people traveling long distances is a good idea or even something that will be recommended.
