Thursday July 14th

Janiece Hammond’s pig collection viewing from 1-4 pm)
Informal dinner at Delaney’s at 6 pm. Please confirm your attendance with Mona Lewis (roconst@bpsnetworks.com) so the head count is accurate.

Friday July 15th

Breakfast will be at the hotel from 7am-9am.
Gene and Betty Lou Holt’s collection viewing from 9-3(or 4). (See map on page 22)
Lunch will be served at noon at Gene and Betty Lou Holt’s home.
Dinner will be at the hotel at 6 pm.
HOG Callers contest near the pool area around 8 pm.

Saturday July 16th

The great buy and sell time will be from 8am– 11am in the hotel conference room. Breakfast will in served in the same conference room. (Please let Mona know many tables you need for the sale by June 1st.)
Lunch will be at noon in the hotel restaurant, followed by show and tell.
Dinner will be at 6pm in the conference room followed by the annual business meeting and raffle
